Terms of Service

Effective date: May 20, 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the DPAS service. By using DPAS your organization agrees to them.

This is a good-faith template document and not finalized legal advice. It will be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.

1. The service

DPAS (Digital Payment Approval System) is a multi-tenant software service for routing, approving, and recording payment-approval requests. The service is provided on a subscription basis arranged with our sales team.

2. Accounts and access

Your organization is responsible for the accounts created under its tenant, for keeping credentials confidential, and for the actions taken by its users. Multi-factor authentication is available and recommended.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempt to breach tenant isolation or access another tenant's data, no interference with the service's operation, and no use that violates applicable law.

4. Customer data

Data your organization enters into DPAS remains your organization's data. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability and operate monitoring and incident-response processes. Specific availability commitments, where offered, are set out in your subscription agreement.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in DPAS constitutes financial, legal, or audit advice; your organization remains responsible for its own financial controls and decisions. Liability is limited as set out in your subscription agreement.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Either party may terminate as set out in the subscription agreement. On termination your organization can request export of its data.

8. Governing law

The governing law and dispute-resolution venue are set out in your subscription agreement. For organizations in Saudi Arabia, the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia apply unless otherwise agreed.
