Frequently asked questions
Answers about the product, security and PDPL, and setup — in English and Arabic.
DPAS turns scattered email, chat, and paper sign-offs into one auditable payment-approval workflow: every request is routed through a defined chain, every decision is recorded, and the final document is hash-locked.
Yes. Each organization is an isolated tenant; data is scoped per tenant and enforced by security rules so one tenant can never read another's records.
DPAS is industry-neutral. Education was the first vertical, and the same workflow serves procurement, accounts payable, NGOs, healthcare, and small-to-medium enterprises.
Yes. A guided product tour walks through a real request from form to hash-locked PDF. Request a demo and our team will arrange a tailored walkthrough for your organization.
On final approval DPAS computes a SHA-256 hash of the generated PDF and records it on the request and in the audit log. Re-hashing the file later and comparing the value reveals any change.
Yes. Sign-in on a new device is verified with an emailed one-time code, and sensitive approvals require a fresh code in addition to the password.
DPAS is built with a PDPL-aware data posture for Saudi Arabia and the GCC: tenant isolation, hardened access rules, audit logging, and a documented Arabic privacy policy. We confirm the specifics with you during onboarding.
Data-residency region is part of tenant onboarding. Our team will confirm the hosting region with you during the demo so it meets your regulatory needs.
Fully. The entire interface (including the public site and the generated documents) is available in English and Arabic with complete right-to-left support.
Most organizations go live quickly. We configure your approval chain and request forms during onboarding, and our team walks the first requests through with you.
Yes. The approval chain is configurable per organization — reorder the roles, add stages, and choose whether a director's approval is required. Changes apply to future requests.
Each approver applies their signature and organizational stamp at their stage; all of them are embedded in the final signed document.
