Why DPAS exists
Approving a payment should leave a clear, trustworthy record. DPAS exists to make that the default, not the exception.
Our purpose
Finance teams across the region still approve payments over email, chat, and paper. The work gets done, but the record is fragile — hard to search, easy to lose, slow to audit. DPAS replaces that with a single structured workflow, designed from the start for organizations in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, bilingual in English and Arabic.
Our principles
Auditable by default
Every approval should be reviewable later without reconstruction. We record decisions as they happen and hash-lock the final document.
Bilingual, not translated
Arabic is a first-class experience with full right-to-left layout — not an afterthought bolted onto an English product.
Honest about scope
We describe what the product does today and are clear about what is on the roadmap. We do not claim certifications we do not hold.
Security as a baseline
Tenant isolation, hardened access rules, and tamper-evident documents are part of the product, not an upgrade tier.
